All requests for supply are subject to availability.  Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees, warranties or representations made as to delivery times on the basis that we are not responsible for any delay in delivery occurring due to postal delays of force majeure.  Supersport (LS) Ltd is entitled to refuse any request made by you.  When making a request you undertake that all details you provide to us requesting goods or services are true and accurate, that you are authorised user of the credit or debit card used to make your request and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods/services.  It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to these details as soon as possible..  All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering.  Should you enter the wrong address, Supersport (LS) Ltd is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at Supersport (LS) Ltd expense.

Faulty goods must be returned to Supersport (LS) Ltd within 10 days of receipt.  In the event that a product is damaged or faulty, Supersport (LS) Ltd will refund the original product price via the original payment method.  Alternatively, Supersport (LS) Ltd will dispatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we have received the return.
