Old boys learn from the youngsters.

Leek CSOB 1st team are following in the footsteps of the younger counterparts and having their kit custom made by Supersport Ltd.

Over the years the junior teams have had their custom made kits by Supersport, as the techniques used means they can have any design they wish, which includes all badges, sponsors and numbers, the seniors however have not gone down this route until now. The 2016/17 season will see the 1st team revert back to the traditional red and white strips after a season playing in gold to commemorate their 70th anniversary.

1st Team Manager, Daniel Hyde said “It is great to be are using local suppliers Supersport for this season and we are delighted with the initial look of the new strip and can't wait to see the finished outcome. We have gone back to our normal traditional colours of Red and White stripes for the upcoming season and we hope it will be another successful one for the club. I have to also say another massive thank you to our main sponsors at Esterchem for their continued support which is greatly appreciated.”

Daniel also follows in the footsteps of former Leek Town 1st team manager Lee Caswell by having a hand in making the kit, having watch the kit being made, Daniel took over the reins and printed a few shirts himself with the help of his son Freddie.
